Your meetings, summarized — Zoom's built-in AI takes notes so you don't.
Zoom AI Companion is the meeting assistant baked into Zoom — no separate subscription, no bot to admit. It summarizes every meeting with action items, catches you up if you join late, and even drafts replies in Team Chat.
Who it's for: Teams already on Zoom who want meeting notes without adding another tool.
AI Companion recaps every meeting with action items — no recording needed.
Join late? Get an instant summary of what you missed.
Draft replies, summarize threads, and surface action items in chat.
Turn rough sketches into organized diagrams and lists.
If you already pay for Zoom, AI Companion is the no-brainer meeting assistant — it's free and good enough for most notes. Power users who live across Meet and Teams, or need sharper accuracy, should pair it with Fireflies or Otter.
